摘要: During development, netrin-1 is both an attractive and repulsive axon guidance cue mediates its function through the receptor Deleted in Colorectal Cancer (DCC). The activation of Rho guanosine triphosphatases within extending growth cone facilitates dynamic reorganization cytoskeleton required to drive extension. Rac1 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) Trio essential for netrin-1–induced outgrowth guidance. Here, we identify molecular chaperone heat shock cognate protein 70 (Hsc70) as a novel regulator. Hsc70 dynamically associated with N-terminal region GEF domain Trio. Whereas expression supported Trio-dependent activation, adenosine triphosphatase–deficient (D10N) abrogated activity activation. was netrin-1–mediated attraction vitro, whereas callosal projections radial neuronal migration embryonic neocortex. These findings demonstrate that by this underlies netrin-1/DCC-dependent
