摘要: Malignant Melanoma is one of the commonest cutaneous malignancies affecting human beings. The gastrointestinal tract a common site for melanoma, both as primary and metastases. However it rare melanoma to metastase oustide abdominal cavity. In literature, there no evidence about inguinal lymph node metastases from small bowel melanoma. Here we present case report an old lady who underwent laparoscopic resection presented 4 years later with metastatic in node. Though could not be verified, hypothesise that tumour disseminated through port-site Literature review shows several mechanisms which were put forward explain mechanism
