摘要: Abstract We report an in situ transmission electron microscopy study of damage evolution Eu—Ba—Cu—O and Gd—Ba—Cu—O ceramics under 50keV He ion irradiation. Our results on the irradiation-induced orthorhombic to tetragonal phase transformation (OTT) complement previous work. observations existence defect clusters at 15 300 K, as well first evidence for interaction defects with pre-existing dislocations. have also studied dependence amorphization threshold cation species irradiation temperature. Taken together, these lead us propose least two types defects: anionic (associated oxygen) a cationic defect. The former (which is mobile K) leads clustering dislocations; it related OTT. latter less presumably instrumental process. point out that th...
