摘要: Tracheal stenosis following laryngotracheal intubation and tracheostomy is still one of the most common clinical problems today. Although surgery first option for its treatment, bronchoscopic approaches can be successfully used treatment restenosis that may develop after surgery. In this report, we could prevent recurrence granulation tissue by submucosal injection mitomycin-C to using rigid bronchoscopy 28-year-old patient who underwent tracheal resection due postintubation subsequently developed tissue. mitomycin-C, a potent fibroblast inhibitor, was tried time restenosis.
