摘要: Advances in microfabrication have introduced new possibilities for automated, high-throughput biomedical investigations and analyses. Physical effects such as dielectrophoresis electroporation can be used to manipulate particles solution coordinate a sequence of bioanalytical processing steps. Dielectrophoresis is accomplished with non-uniform electric fields that polarize suspension exert static or translational forces. Electroporation high-strength create pores on the plasma membranes cells. Membrane breakdown under high voltage associated cell death dispersal contents including nucleic acids protein. This paper presents summaries multiple experiments both electroporation. In experiments, carbon nanotubes were enhance field strengths goal reducing requirements portable lab-on-a-chip devices strict power limitations. The concept sample preparation device which capable separating cells into chambers lysis by releasing their DNA further analysis.
