摘要: Fructans play vital roles in abiotic stress tolerance plants. In this study, we isolated the sucrose:6-fructosyltransferase gene, which is involved synthesis of fructans, from Leymus mollis by rapid amplification cDNA ends. The Lm-6-SFT gene was introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana cv. Columbia Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. transgenic plants were evaluated under salt conditions. results showed that expression significantly induced light, abscisic acid (ABA), salicylic (SA), and treatment L. Overexpression promoted seed germination primary root growth during early vegetative stage stress. We also found expressing had increased proline fructan levels. β-Glucuronidase staining promoter analysis indicated regulated ABA, Quantitative PCR suggested overexpression could improve interacting with some genes. Thus, demonstrated a candidate potentially confers to Our study will aid elucidation regulatory mechanism 6-SFT genes herb
