摘要: An analysis of the salinity tolerance 354 Arabidopsis thaliana accessions showed that some were more tolerant to salt shock than reference accession, Col-0, when transferred from 0 225 mM NaCl. In addition, several accessions, including Zu-0, marked acquired after exposure moderate stress. It is likely therefore plants have at least two types tolerance, and tolerance. To evaluate a role well-known gene SOS1 in we isolated sos1 mutant ion-beam-mutagenized Zu-0 seedlings. The severe growth inhibition under stress owing single base deletion was even sensitive Col-0.
