摘要: Cytochemical staining of demyelinated peripheral axons revealed two types axon membrane organization, one which suggests that the axolemma acquires a high density sodium channels. Ferric ion-ferrocyanide stain was confined to restricted region at beginning segment or distributed throughout axon. The latter pattern represents possible morphological correlate continuous conduction through and reorganization after demyelination.
