摘要: In order to confirm the mechanism of skin sensitization propacetamol, a pro-drug acetaminophen, 3 patients with allergic contact dermatitis from propacetamol were patch tested N,N-diethylglycine phenyl ester, an activated form N,N-diethylglycine. Positive tests observed in all at 10% pet., while 20 control remained negative. This strongly suggests that is acting as N,N-diethylglycine, transferring this part molecule nucleophilic residues proteins. also explains why reactions acetaminophen have never been sensitized propacetamol.
