摘要: Resume Les dermatoses professionnelles sont frequentes parmi les personnels soignants. Il s'agit le plus souvent de dermatites d'irritation favorisees par travail en milieu humide, la manipulation d'antiseptiques et desinfectants, lavage repete des mains antecedents dermatite atopique. existe urticaires contact principalement dues au latex mais egalement eczemas. L'eczema peut etre du aux agents vulcanisation caoutchouc surtout thiurames gants, desinfectants hospitaliers glutaraldehyde dodecylmethylammonium, antiseptiques savons, topiques appliques pour soins mains, acrylates chez dentistes, gels d'echographie infirmiers medicaments manipules. Dans ce dernier cas sensibilisation doit decelee tests cutanes medicamenteux car il y a un risque important toxidermie, si molecule ayant induit une allergie est administree voie systemique membre personnel soignant sensibilise.
