摘要: Cyclohexylthiophtalimide (CTP) is currently the most widely used vulcanization retarder in rubber industry. Little known about sensitization to CTP, although positive tests it do occur patients exposed objects. A retrospective study of 350 who were patch tested with standard chemical series was conducted two departments dermatology, one Nancy, France, and Leuven, Belgium. Sixteen (4.6%) out had clear 6 (1.7%) doubtful reactions CTP. Cross-sensitivity other molecules could not be determined. The source cases seems have been protective gloves at work. In cases, suspected caused by shoes, elastic bands underwear, or determination relevance remains difficult, especially since little components products.
