摘要: The regulation of the synthesis plasma proteins in rat liver during acute phase response was studied by measuring gene transcription activities a cell-free nuclear system. for genes major alpha 1-protein, beta-chain fibrinogen, transferrin, 1-acid glycoprotein, and 2-macroglobulin increased, reaching maximum level between 18 36 h after inducing an inflammation. 2u-globulin, albumin, transthyretin (formerly called prealbumin) decreased, minimum 12 to 24 h. extent relative changes similar that mRNA levels transthyretin. This is consistent with assumption principal mechanism these operates at transcription. In contrast, glycoprotein were far smaller than their levels, suggesting that, addition transcriptional changes, other mechanism(s) are involved proteins.
