摘要: Abstract The characteritics of the developed conductometric biosensors for urea and glucose determination are described. Conductometric transducers based on thin-film interdigitated metal (Au, Cr, Cu, Ni) electrodes were studied, enzymes urease oxidase used selective membranes formation chips having gold electrodes. influence ionic strength buffer capacity samples response in kinetic steady-state modes measurements was thoroughly tested. It shown that sensors does not depend analyzed sample. In basic features performance is rather close to respective enzyme field effect transistor, though former much superior when technological complexity transducer itself considered taking into account require no reference electrode.
