摘要: Between March 1976 and December 2004, 1690 consecutive allogenic living donor renal transplants were carried out at Mansoura, Egypt. We herewith report on 1600 that had a minimum follow-up period of one year. The overall graft survival rates 76% 52% five 10-years respectively. corresponding patient respectively 86% 71%. projected half-life was 10.7 years for grafts 18.2 patients. Predictors outcome classified as pre-transplant variables, technical factors or post-transplant predictors. Among the long list these significant impact by univariate analysis included donor's recipient's age, donor-recipient consanguinity, HLA-A, cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis C virus (HCV) markers, ischemia time, primary immunosuppression, ad juvant therapy, total steroid dose within first three months, number acute rejection episodes, time to onset diuresis, hypertension post-transplant, serum creatinine year last besides chronic rejection. Only sustained their significance multivariate analysis: they follow-up. Some specific complications encountered among recipients such hemolytic anemia, diabetes mellitus, bone complications, malignancy, erectile dysfunction surgical are discussed. In conclusion, we hope start cadaveric transplant program soon in our unit. Also, ambition concerning transplantation field new millennium is overcome xenotransplantation barriers induce immunologic tolerance with neither nor immunosuppression.
