摘要: Kidney transplantation is the treatment of choice for end-stage renal disease. The aim this study was to determine ten-year graft survival rate in patients who have been transplanted from live donors. This a historical cohort designed organ after kidney donor during 10-year period (from March 1999 2009) on 843 receiving transplant center Namazi hospital Shiraz, Iran. Kaplan-Meier method used rate, log-rank test compare curves, and Cox proportional hazard model multivariate analysis. Mean follow-up 53.07 ± 34.61 months. Allograft rates at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 years were 98.3, 96.4, 92.5, 90.8, 89.2%, respectively. Using model, age gender donors along with creatinine level discharge shown significant influence survival. living our satisfactory comparable reports large centers world.
