摘要: Background and Objective: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the most common in renal transplant recipients considered a potential cause of bacteremia, sepsis, affects graft outcomes. The aim present study was to determine incidence UTI among investigation antimicrobial susceptibility pattern causative agents. Materials Methods: In total, 1165 patients from March 2009 December 2012, center Golestan Hospital, Ahvaz, Iran, were investigated. Qualitative urine cultures performed for all cases, microorganisms identified colony count according standard protocol. Antibiotic testing then recovered bacteria confirmed UTIs. Results: diagnosed 391 (33.56%). Gram-negative prevalent isolated with E. coli (43.53%), followed by Enterobacter spp. (35.37%) as major organisms. Among Gram positives, Coagulasenegative Staphylococci 6.8% cases. rate resistance tested antibiotics highest spp., however seen against cefixime, cephalotin, cotrimoxazole gram negatives. Conclusion: UTIs noticeable this high antibiotic resistance. Multi-resistant bacterial potentially life-threatening emerging problem transplantation. Prophylactic measures must be applied at greater risk.
