摘要: Objective:Effective use of staff is a major aim in all health-care systems both to maximize their impact and minimize costs. In England, few general practitioners (GPs) have been recruiting physician assistants (PAs) work practices, independent any pilot schemes. Our objective was study the motivation GPs practice managers who employed PAs understand factors that sustained employment.Methods:A qualitative using semi-structured interviews, analysed thematically, carried out with 13 three from 15 practices employing five areas England.Results:All were USA-trained PAs.
