摘要: Reversal of excitation behavior proton-transfer vs. charge-transfer by dielectric perturbation is reported for 4'-(diethylamino)-3-hydroxyflavone (I). At room temperature I exhibits a dominant proton transfer emission and nonnegligible normal with maxima at 555 440 nm, respectively in alkane solvents, contrast to 3-hydroxyflavone which only tautomer observed. The result may be rationalized mechanism incorporating fast tunneling between forms are equilibrium the excited singlet state
