摘要: The influence of unnatural amino acid residues, i.e., β-alanine (β-Ala) and 4-aminobutyric (γ-Aba) on the solubility peptides containing them was studied in organic solvents. difference between solubilities β-Ala, γ-Aba, Pro, Gly, Leu, Asp(OBzl) investigated by solvent titration method use IR absorption spectra. order their is as follows, Pro > β–Ala γ–Aba Leu Gly. extreme high residues explained concept “Peptide Segment Separation” caused tertiary peptide bond residue. β-Ala or γ-Aba believed to be due geometries residues. Their effective concentration seemed less important than geometry. role similar residue...
