摘要: Abstract Bismuth–TiO 2 nanocubes were synthesized via a facile sol–gel hydrothermal method with titanium tetraisopropoxide as the precursor. The influence of bismuth on size, morphology, crystallinity and optical behavior TiO investigated. samples characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive (EDX), field emission scanning (FESEM) UV–visible spectroscopy (UV–vis). Photovoltaic dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) fabricated using Bi–TiO was studied. DSSCs had an open-circuit voltage ( V oc ) 590 mV, short-circuit current density J sc 7.71 mA/cm , conversion efficiency η 2.11% under AM 1.5 illumination, 77% increment compared to pure nanocubes.
