摘要: Energy Intensive Sectors of the Indian Economy: Path to Low Carbon Development is product a collaborative effort between World Bank and Government India, under overall leadership Planning Commission Ministry Power, with financial assistance Department for International (DFID) Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP). The study was requested by India develop analytical capacity identifying low carbon growth opportunities up end 15th Five Year Plan (March 2032) in major sectors economy; facilitate informed decision making improving knowledge base raising national international awareness efforts address global climate change. uses an innovative engineering based, bottom model examine CO2 emissions from energy use during 2007 2031.
