摘要: Abstract The introduction of microwave radars during the second World War altered air defense scenario significantly, and this led to development “stealth” techniques. By reducing detectability aircrafts or warships, which radar cross section (RCS) is a measure, they could evade detection, affected not only mission success rate but also survival them in hostile territory. In very early stage research on stealth techniques, many researches were mainly concentrated reduction RCS absorbing materials (RAM), nowadays studies investigating structures (RAS) using fiber reinforced polymeric composite are becoming popular field. study, electromagnetic characteristics unidirectional E-glass epoxy composites tested with free space methods, can overcome drawbacks conventional cavity waveguide methods. Complex relative permittivities low-loss measured respect angle between orientation electric field vector EM wave X-band frequency range. From experimental data, empirical relation dielectric properties test variable was suggested verified.
