摘要: The present invention provides methods for improving the adhesion of gels to metalcoated substrates. In particular, a method comprising steps forming thiol or disulfide self-assembled monolayer on metal-coated substrate prior deposition gel structures. further devices fabricated according invention, having surface, noble metal layer deposited comprised bifunctional molecules end and polymerizable formed layer, plurality pads adhered monolayer. are advantageously used performing assays using optical and/or electrochemical detection methods.
