Identification of SM-OFDM and AL-OFDM Signals Based on Their Second-Order Cyclostationarity

摘要: Automatic signal identification (ASI) has important applications to both commercial and military communications, such as software-defined radio, cognitive spectrum surveillance monitoring, electronic warfare. While ASI been intensively studied for single-input single-output systems, only a few investigations have recently presented multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. This paper introduces novel algorithm the of spatial multiplexing (SM) Alamouti (AL)-coded orthogonal frequency-division (OFDM) signals, which relies on second-order cyclostationarity. Analytical expressions cyclic statistics SM-OFDM AL-OFDM signals are derived further exploited development. The proposed provides good performance with low sensitivity impairments in received signal, phase noise, timing offset, channel conditions.
