摘要: Abstract We report the first demonstration of photoconductivity a polymer film doped with nanometer-sized semiconductor clusters (quantum dots). In such composite, cluster acts as sensitizer for photogeneration carriers and serves carrier-transporting medium. this study we have measured wavelength field dependence charge generation efficiency polyvinylcarbazole ≈ 16 A CdS discussed mechanism photoconduction. believe approach may be extended to include many other nanoclusters create novel class photoconductive material.
