摘要: FEP compositions are provided that provide foam insulation in coaxial cable surpasses the return loss obtained when PFA is used to make foamed insulation, one composition comprising a blend of tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymers, said copolymers exhibiting strip force at least about 3 lbf (13.3 N) and another no greater than 2.5 (11.1 N), each being necessary break adhesion between conductor blend, respectively, copolymer having an MFR 16 g/10 min containing —CF end groups effective amount wire affinity exhibit copolymer, average −26 dB 800 MHz GHz void content 20 65% (b) forming outer over insulation.
