摘要: Aminopeptidase N (APN, also known as CD13) is involved in cellular processes of various types tumors and a potential anti-cancer therapeutic target. Here, we report the effect an APN inhibitor 4cc enhancing sensitivity hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines xenograft model response to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) vivo vitro. The treatment combination with 5-FU, compared bestain markedly suppressed growth induced apoptosis HCC cells, accompanying increase level reactive oxygen species (ROS) followed by decrease mitochondrial membrane (ΔΨM). Furthermore, 5-FU showed significant inhibitory on tumors. In addition, following 4cc, activity clonogenic formation number CD13-positive cells PLC/PRF/5 were significantly decreased, suggesting that may inhibit liver cancer stem CD13 inhibition. These results synergizes antitumor effects human via ROS-mediated drug resistance inhibition concurrent activation pathways apoptosis.
