摘要: Chemoresistance of hepatocellular carcinoma is one the most serious problems, which directly hinders effect chemotherapy agents. We previously reported that CD13 inhibition can enhance cytotoxic efficacy In present study, we utilizes liver cancer cell to explore molecular mechanism accounting for relationship and chemoresistance. demonstrate over-expression activates P38/Hsp27/CREB signaling pathway limit Moreover, blockade P38 or CREB sensitizes HCC cells 5FU. Then, discover binds onto ATG7 promoter induce autophagy thereby promotes also down-regulated expression ATG7, autophagy, growth tumor in vivo. Overall, combination inhibitor chemotherpay agents may be a potential therapeutic strategy overcoming drug resistance HCC. SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT Our study demonstrates chemoresistance via pathway. regulates transcription autophagy. Collectively, these results suggest might serve as target resistance.
