摘要: Abstract In cooling process of Fe-Cr-Al alloy oxidized at 1 300 °C, the effect speed and exposure time on oxide spalled area fraction successive variety region were studied by investigating evolvement thermally grown using in-situ CCD monitoring technique. The results showed that spallation can be restrained controlling critical temperature drop initiation which is closely related to thickness or time, a little may described in more detail as two routes: from oxide/substrate interface micro-decohesion, micro-buckles, buckle spreading, crack residual decohesion spallation.
