摘要: Self-assembly of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide-protected colloidal gold nanorods with different aspect ratios has been studied by adding the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA). Both assembly strength and configuration fashion could be tuned changing ratio. For small ratio, side-by-side takes major role in aggregation. In this case, blue shift longitudinal absorption increase transverse lead to great uplift middle spectrum dip as EDTA is increased. large end-to-end peak fades down rapidly a tailing at longer wavelength uplifts greatly The surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity assembled using alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) active probe.
