摘要: Abstract Carbon fibre reinforced SiC (Cf/SiC) was successfully joined to Ti alloys with Cu–Ti–C mixed powder by brazing. Microstructures of the brazed joints were investigated SEM, EDS and XRD. The mechanical properties measured a testing machine. results showed that performed have dense bonding layers residual graphite in situ synthesised TiC from reaction C layers. composite brazing relaxed thermal stress effectively. These characteristics beneficial joints, which shear strength remarkably higher than optimal strengths pure Cu–Ti.
