摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional intake semi-professional soccer players during a week in competitive season. Sixteen Greek 4th national division volunteered participate. Four were identified as under-reporters and therefore diets 12 participants included analysis. Their age, height, body mass (BM) 24.5 ± 1.1 years, 178 2 cm, 72.4 1.6 kg, respectively (mean SE). Subjects recorded their diet starting on Wednesday finishing Tuesday, with Sunday being game day. Total energy 11.8 0.4 MJ derived from carbohydrate by 43 1 %, fat 39 protein 17 alcohol less than %. Throughout recording period mean 4.2 0.1 g/kg BM BM, while fibre only 4.5 0.3 g/1000 kcal. pre-competition meal day also characterised low content (43 3 %), whereas its high (40 %). Also, recovery after food not optimal for replenishing stores.
