摘要: Background: Although the literary arts initiated movement to include humanities in medical education, little is known about incorporation of other art forms. Purpose: A study was designed determine variety arts-related activities U.S. schools. Methods: Questionnaires were mailed twice each school deans requesting information required and elective courses, extracurricular activities, course activity titles, funding sources. Results: Of 100 respondents (78%), 21 offer 42 electives, 89 activities. School-based funds listed 67 schools endowments 13.
