Environmental guidance note for disaster risk reduction : healthy ecosystems for human security and climate change adaptation

摘要: This publication was developed to provide guidance on the benefits of and ways integrate environmental concerns into disaster risk reduction strategies (DRR) at local national levels. As recognised outlined within Hyogo Framework for Action priority 4, healthy ecosystems management are considered key actions in DRR. Although field has evolved recognize need addressing sustainable development issues reducing risk, dimension not date received adequate attention practical guidance.
