摘要: The interaction between a functionalized single-walled carbon nanotube (f-SWCNT) and the YAP65WW protein domain is investigated by using molecular dynamics simulations. It found that f-SWCNT binds onto active site of leads to substantial conformational change domain, which may securely affect original function protein. Both hydrophobic long lifetime hydrogen bonds play important roles in binding.
