摘要: Patulin contamination of fruit- and vegetable-based products had become a major challenge for the food industry. Biological methods patulin control can play an important role due to their safety high efficiency. In this study, strain marine yeast with degradation ability was screened. The identified as Kodameae ohmeri by BioLog identification system partial 26S rRNA gene sequencing. were (E)- (Z)-ascladiol through HPLC LC-TOF/MS. High tolerance at 100 μg ml–1 rate 35°C pH between 3 6 indicates potential application K. detoxification apple-derived products.
