摘要: Abstract Dysregulated miRNAs in gastric cancer are usually screened by miRNA microarray from clinical samples, however, reports have indicated that results of each screening considerably different, and dysregulated miRNAs, especially downregulated were contradictory. In view this, the Human Cancer Pathway Finder PCR array was applied to compare 7 cell lines AGS, SGC-7901, MKN-45, MKN-28, MGC-803, BCG-823, HGC-27 with an immortalized normal line, GES-1 pathway-related expression profile, followed qPCR verification, significance Enriched KEGG pathways GO terms their target genes analyzed. Thirty-eight upregulated, four lines. Clinical 4 including mir-124-3p, mir-146a-5p, mir-155-5p mir-335-5p tissue compared adjacent non-tumor tissues 58 patients low-expression group showed more extensive lymph node metastasis, lymphatic invasion, venous high-stage Borrmann type, invasion poor differentiation than high-expression groups, respectively (P<0.05; χ² test). pathway analyses most targeted concentrated on 37 signaling pathways, involved same related cancer. 339 terms, 24 associated tumorigenesis. The could be used screen effectively, found bioinformatic analysis these they deeply tumorigenesis, suggesting roles such as tumor suppressors tumorigenesis which diagnosis prognosis.
