摘要: — Two mathematical models describing the accumulation kinetics of hydrophobic sensitizers in cell membrane and cytoplasm influence intra- extracellular pH values on intracellular are suggested. Numerical calculations were done for hematopor-phyrin (Hp) as an example. When compared with experimental data, both gave satisfactory results time level. A biphasic character sensitizer process was obtained a result difference times characteristic plasma cytoplasm. The ratio determined by volumes “water-lipid” partition coefficient reflecting height barrier penetration through lipid bilayer. Generally, enhanced uptake Hp molecules cells when (pH,.,) lower than physiological ones. “selectivity” achieved “tumor” reasonable pHin (about 6.0). But value selectivity not high enough, indicating that, though is important factor accumulation, it might be less tumors.
