摘要: Implementing telehealth applications represents a substantial investment of resources, which is one reason why success great interest. Many research and evaluation studies have investigated measures successful systems. However, the term "telehealth" wide range variables including clinical application, characteristics information being transmitted, temporal relationships data transfer organizational context. These sources variability pose many challenges for as well building cumulative history research. A conceptual framework required that assists in categorizing results drawing conclusions based on an accumulation findings. One measure "success" health care quality patient this reflects primary ICT investments. For reason, Donabedian's work evaluating provides basis proposed framework. Prior technologies introduced care, there are usually demonstrate their effectiveness. Health Technology Assessment examines broader context than technology alone, costs comparing alternatives would exist absence telehealth. It considers performance measures; outcomes; summary measures, operational considerations, other issues.
