A consensus protocol for the standardization of cerebrospinal fluid collection and biobanking

摘要: There is a long history of research into body fluid biomarkers in neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory diseases. However, only few CSF are being used clinical practice. One the most critical factors biomarker inadequate powering studies because lack sufficient samples that can be obtained single-center studies. Therefore, collaboration between investigators needed to establish large biobanks well-defined samples.
