Evaluation of patient records as part of developing a nursing care classification.

摘要: Summary • The aim of the study was to evaluate content nursing care records and usefulness instrument used for their evaluation. • The evaluation involved 70 patient from seven acute special inpatient units. • The based on Phaneuf's Nursing Audit as further developed by Lukander. • The in all units evaluated very good or good. However, some deficiencies were found, instance, regarding teaching recording patients' own opinions. • The method proved adequate evaluating records.
