摘要: Abstract Isothermal crystallization of supercooled melt selenium was studied in a wide temperature range by means differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). described Johnson–Mehl–Avrami (JMA) model, the JMA kinetic exponent found to be ∼3.5. The activation energy isothermal determined E = 83 kJ/mol. non-isothermal also and results analysis data were compared with obtained from measurements. applicability currently used method is discussed.
