摘要: Abstract Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies were performed under nonisothermal conditions at various heating rates for glassy Se made by high-energy ball milling. Comparisons between the ball-milling technique and melt-quenching thin-film techniques. Well-defined endothermic exothermic peaks observed glass-transition temperature, Tg, onset temperature of crystallisation, Tc. The isoconversional method Vyazovkin was used to determine variation in activation energy crystallisation with Eα(T). value Eα(T) dependent on sample preparation method. thermal stability glasses evaluated calculation difference (Tc − Tg) S-parameter. In addition, glass-forming ability estimated criteria reduced Trg, Hruby number, HR. structures samples that resulted from DSC analysis identified using an X-ray diffractometer. formed thin film most stable.
