摘要: We (analytically) calculate the energy spectrum corresponding to various experimental and numerical turbulence data analyzed by Benzi et al. find two bottleneck phenomena: While local scaling exponent zeta r(r) of structure function decreases monotonically, p(p) has a minimum p(pmin) ~ 0.45 at pmin (10 eta )-1 maximum p(pmax) 0.77 pmax 8L-1. A physical argument starting from constant flux in p space reveals general mechanism underlying pileups both ends p-space range. In case studied here, they are induced viscous dissipation reduced spectral strength on scale system size, respectively.
