摘要: It is shown that nonlocal interactions determine energy spectrum in isotropic turbulence at small Reynolds numbers. also for moderate numbers the bottleneck effect determined by same interactions. Role of large and scales covariance balance has been investigated. A possible hydrodynamic mechanism solution instability briefly discussed. quantitative relationship between effective strain viscosity found. All results are supported comparison with data experiments numerical simulations.
