摘要: Abstract Introduction Invasive cervical resorption (ICR) may occur as a consequence of trauma, orthodontic treatment, intracoronal bleaching, and surgical procedures lead to the progressive destructive loss tooth structure. The restoration these resorptive defects is challenging task because no single restorative material possesses good sealing ability, reinforcement remaining structure, biocompatibility simultaneously. Methods This case presented with invasive class 2 (Heithersay) apical inflammatory caused by trauma in #9. management ICR was performed, and, finally, roots were externally reinforced filling defect combination composite resin-modified glass ionomer cement, proposed reverse sandwich (RSR). Results novel RSR well tolerated periodontal tissues. A follow-up x-ray showed pathological changes recurrence resorption. Conclusions report presents treatment strategy for root that might improve healing outcomes patients
