摘要: A consideration of the evidence as to existence so called spectra ion mobilities recently reported by various observers combined with experimental results writers indicate that while ions at ages from 0.5 2.0 seconds show marked ranges this is not necessarily case for normal studied over shorter time intervals. It shown recent work Loeb and more Luhr probably consist one or two molecular addition products an active type molecule which pick up original charged carrier a result electrochemical forces depending on constitution sign charge. Such may be present in traces impurities produced air ionizing agent. The rate formation velocity spectrum therefore will depend relative stability absolute concentrations molecules. Hence appearance such vary age conditions. believed greater portion lowering mobility below theoretical value deduced assumption neutral molecules are attracted due usually assumed force dielectric polarization utilized complete Langevin equation. While law accurate close approach (i.e. atomic radii) it suffices distances. effect combinations mentioned above superposed general attraction lead explanation differences positive negative three fold recombination coefficient long aging without very significant (10 percent) change ionic observed Bradbury.
