摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the occurrence pathogens in selected group ewes and relationship between somatic cell count (SCC) presence pathogens. experiment carried out on a dairy farm, where predominantly breed Tsigai. Sampling monthly intervals as part milk recording test day from February July 2019. A total 303 were included survey, during day. with SCC ≥1000 × 103 cells.mL-1 for further sampling at half udder level. Based divided into five groups: <200 ×103; ≥200 <400 103; ≥400 <600 ≥600 <1000 cells.mL-1. first contained 33.9% samples, second 14.1% third 5.7% fourth 6.2% fifth 40.1% samples. most common coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS). frequent CNS Staphylococcus (S.) simulans (24.4%). S. aureus identified 5.3% bacteriological positive Almost 70% samples repeated tested period. ≥500  were detected 92.5% increased (p <0.001) compared free In conclusion, could be important detection subclinical mastitis level ewes.
