摘要: Abstract This paper evaluates the feasibility of two systems—the Sequential Injection (SI) analyzer and Zymark Benchmate (ZB) robot—for automation a recombinant human Factor Thirteen (rhFXIII) fluorometric assay. The goal was to develop routine analytical procedure suitable for quality control lab environment. experimental efforts focused on monitoring product formation condensation reaction between monodansyl cadaverin dimethyl casein. acquired kinetic data demonstrated that both systems are capable automating solution handling operations associated with Using method developed SI system, samples containing 0–410 μg/ml rhFXIII were analyzed, throughput one sample per 8 min, total consumption 0.8 ml. relative standard deviation 10 injections 100 0.91%. With ZB robot, 0–2500 linear response obtained concentration range 0 1250 rhFXIII. had 11 min 6.3 ml each analysis. Due its commercial availability, system preferred over purpose automated analysis large number in
