摘要: Different from other countries of Europe and North American, studies about the behavioral profile Noonan syndrome's patients are inexistent. The objective this study was to report profiles functions 10 participants (4 females 6 males), with mutations in PTPN11 gene. DSM-Oriented Scale, 25% borderline range, respectively, Avoidant Personality Problems Antisocial Problems. About both scale Affective Anxiety This relatively homogenous sample, regarding gene, shows a normal profile, on average. However, individual show diverse internalizing externalizing disturbances.
